’18 Cocoa Plum

Yiwu biscuit element pervades medium-light density cocoa broth.  Plumb accent on back end.  Haixintang. Kunming stored, in LA since March ’23.

’16 Banana Nut Bread

Sweet jujube with lingering fresh banana tones.  Full fruity aroma and taste with wafts of walnut.  Luxurious mouthfeel. In Los Angeles since Mar ’19.

’07 Merlot

Strawberry top, raisin, milk chocolate middle, berry and rose finish.  Rich texture, medium-heavy viscosity.  Crafted by Mme Zhang Jian-li one of the Five Golden Flowers of Menghai TF, Xinghai TF.  Stored in LA since Nov ’20.
