Yiwu biscuit element pervades medium-light density cocoa broth.  Plumb accent on back end.  Kunming stored, in LA since March ’23.

’16 Banana Nut Bread

Sweet jujube with lingering fresh banana tones.  Full fruity aroma and taste with wafts of walnut.  Luxurious mouthfeel. In Los Angeles since Mar ’19.

’10 Chameleon

Light dusty-road petrichor top note, sweet date and banana accompany aroma.  Powerful date sugar taste up front, trailed by light banana.  Stored in Los Angeles since Feb ’21.

’07 Merlot

Strawberry top, raisin, milk chocolate middle, berry and rose finish.  Rich texture, medium-heavy viscosity.  Crafted by Mme Zhang Jian-li one of the Five Golden Flowers of Menghai TF, Xinghai TF.  Stored in LA since Nov ’20.

’04 Golden Sail

Sour twang descends into incense-y newspaper and umami.  From Golden Sail, the Guangdong export division of the Zhongcha, before restructuring in 2007.  Kunming stored, in Los Angeles since April ’21.
