Very mild bitterness that only adds some volume to taste, similar to the addition of salt to confections and cakes. Banana Nut Bread broth and aftertaste. Hint of maraschino cherry at room temp. Light tannins. Slakes thirst. Nice round composition Good candidate for cold brewing. Kunming dry stored. In Los Angeles since Mar ’19.
