Airing cake a couple days gives rise to pronounced cinnamon notes, slightly detected from deep storage. Aftertaste roast, mineral, light camphor. Gongting Bulang big tree ripe, elevation 1500m. Impeccable balance between sweetness, bitterness, and astringency, with a soft Moonpie finish that lingers and lingers. Glassy clarity to broth. Slightly heavier than the 7488. Gold buds lend astringency akin to 55. Goldilocks storage, no humid notes but sufficiently warm and humid to give full expression to artisanal intent.
