Gentle pumelo nose and broth. Finishes with light astringency pumelo, berry, a bit of cream. Very nice sweetness. Early infusions toasted sugar. Pumelo lacks fierce bitterness but tastes similar to grapefruit. Easy everyday drinker. Medium viscosity. Tight compression but not atomic. Pushes easily. Decent stamina. Fantastic clarity. Gaiwan. Bulang big tree from Five Golden Flower of Menghai TF Zhan Jian-li’s Xinghai TF. In Los Angeles since Oct ’22.
